Immediate Needs
Program Expenses
ARTreach seeks annual donations and grants in any amount to support programs as budgeted.
Our organization works throughout the year to build the resources that expand services to a growing list of agencies and underserved campuses. At the same time, we are working with agencies and campuses to help them access their own state-available financial resources which can be used to sustain their certified art programs into the future.
Funding Programs is a Priority
Our first funding objective is aimed at providing income to seed all programs listed. We initiate the program, document our progress, report successes, develop best practices, and work to build awareness that gains the financial support needed to sustain the program on an ongoing basis. Below is our programs budget. This table shows our program funding goals, based on our current capacity.

Operating Expenses
ARTreach is also seeking grants and donations to support general operating expenses of $18,000 annually. Any gift that can contribute to general operating expenses is greatly needed and appreciated.
Through our grassroots advocacy campaigns we are building our capacity to serve through art partnerships and volunteers. We are discovering new earned income sources available through our graphic services offered and advertising in our annual publication of a Texas ARTreach Magazine as well as artwork sold in our Gallery and Art Center. To manage the growth related to our outreach programs and services ARTreach is budgeting for, and hiring administrative support for marketing and development, community relations, volunteer recruitment and training. Donations that will support base salaries for key staff positions are greatly needed and appreciated.
